have been bored with covid shit and waiting for the NFL, started a Vegan diet and feel a bit better. cut out dairy, meat, etc. I’m enjoying it thus far, but i’m sure I will get drunk one of these nights and say f*** it.
5+ years and I love it. Don’t consider myself A vegan because I consume honey. Not much for the labels anyway. The biggest thing to stay away from no matter what diet you follow is processed foods. That and sugary drinks are Americas downfall.
Yup, did it strict for a year. Felt great. Have eased up a bit on it but I did enjoy it. With 2 young kids and work it got too time consuming to do it but still eat mostly dairy free but I like a steak from time to time or some seafood. Key is new meals cause after a few months I was cooking the same things all the time and got bored of it.
lot of Vegan junk food, has made it a easy start for me. gonna need to buckle down, to loose some extra cargo I have had for too long.
Not strict. Have friends that are vegan. Some of the best chili, lasagna, and other things I've eaten. It really isn't that big of a deal to try it. Morningstar farms has quite a few things I like along with Amy brand.
I prefer real meat, no thanks
